Finally got around watching it..

Oh goodness me.. I didn’t know I was downloading the horror movies list. Gahh! I’d expected me to not download such movies but yeah, you check up on Eastern Promises, the title’s okay, slit throats, lol how bad could it be? Thus, you press play. Minutes into the movie, the unsuspecting nervous shivering young man comes in and slits the throat of a barber’s customer. Blood gushes out. You, the unexpected audience, not likely to watch gory, bloody, stuff like these, stunted, stunted at the fact that you watched it whole heartedly and it went right through your heart. First you go :o !! Then you cuss.

Se7en? Highly rated movie, alright, should be good. Then.. OH MY GOODNESS!

Se7en has one of the best ending I’ve ever seen, “What was in the box? What was in the bleeping box?” Blagh! Serial killers… It’s the kind of show that creeps me out all the time, gory, ghost stuff don’t do anything on me, Shutter was about the ghost yeah? It didn’t scare the crap out of me somehow, probably because it was about cameras hence the non-scariness. What else have I watched? No I haven’t watched much of the supernatural stuff. Okay maybe they will scare the life out of me but when it comes to serial killers… Zz, I’m petrified!

Although I must admit I’d watched the movie half hearted, like I do with all movies these days, small window beside the browser. However the ending got me watching it over and over again, well not really, the part where Pitt went “I don’t agree with you”, that part, I watched over and over again. Gah he’s so charming in this one. Every time he’s on I put the player on full screen and concentrate. <3

What I like about this one though, is that it doesn’t scare/cheat you using sound effects, like in The Shining, which I have not completed, they play these music, that pretty much leads to a nothing, maybe they’re called psychological thriller like The Orphan, music music nothing. This movie however, did not do that! I think.

Serial killers! They’re those in the corner with the dark shadows surrounding their recognizable features. They’re those who make you fear for whoever’s next. I’m afraid of the dark now, thanks. Kevin Spacey was great though despite how little on screen time he has.

Oh, he didn’t know. Hoho!!
